Salisbury's take on the familiar message is: Cycle with care for pedestrians at all times. It'd be nice if motorists could be given equally strict orders where their routes merge with cycle routes.

Cycleway closed EVERY Thursday in winter - presumably to stop it becoming a right of winter, although I think just one overnight closure a year is needed. They probably don't actually close it, of course.
